How do I use a Netgear Wireless Router in place of an Xbox Live Adapter?
I am wondering how I might be able to use a Netgear WGR614 as an Xbox live adapter. My home network is on a Apple Time Capsule, but I have this old Netgear router that I would like to plug into the back of my xbox to make it wireless. I have heard you could do this, but I couldn't find a helpful tutorial online.

- Search You Tube for Netgear firmware. Linkys is compatible with some other kind of third party firmware that can set the router up as a bridge. Also, I want you to watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sue1Zvmh8JA This guy shows you 3 ways to connect a desktop computer. All 3 of these ways can be used for xbox. The only thing is, the wireless adapter has to be the xbox wireless adapter unless you have a wireless access point that can be configured as a bridge. The powerline adapters he talks about can be purchased at Best Buy. However you won't find that particular model. I use powerline and it's as easy as plug it in and go.
