What is wrong with my wireless netgear?

My netgear wireless thingo used to work like a USB (when I plugged it into the computer, it worked). But now, I have to put items under the netgear to make it work. So i have to force it upwards to have it working.

1. It is probably a problem with your USB port. You must have bent the connectors upwards, so that you have to put it at an angle. This must have been caused by you inserting it at an angle. Try attaching it to an other USB port.
